Welcome to our family Beach House... our treasure on the Beach! We invite you to experience our premier ocean front home (with separate Guest House) which is available for your vacation retreat.

Located in the quaint beach town of Cayucos on California's central Coast, this beautiful private home reflects warmth, charm, and leisure. The separate guest house makes this the ideal vacation home for bringing your extended family. Private stairs take you right onto the beach.

The Main House has two bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom, two double beds and two twin bunk beds in the second bedroom) two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with Viking Commercial range/oven, washer and dryer, BBQ, cozy living room with fireplace, hardwood floors, knotty pine paneling and beams, and a front deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The Guest House has one master bedroom (king bed), one queen sofa sleeper in front of the fireplace in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and BBQ.

Both houses are fully stocked with luxury linens, bath and beach towels, games, books, and sand toys.

This was a gathering to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with family. The house was really beyond my expectations - it just felt right for the occasion and met the needs of a variety of ages. The view, the closeness of the beach, the comfort of the beds, the coziness of the living areas and even the meteor shower sightings from the deck made for a perfect family reunion. I hope we can come again.

This home was great for our family get together. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oils, etc.. It is walking distance to some restaurants. We enjoyed playing frisbee on the beach. The fireplace added a cozy feeling, and we were plenty warm without touching the thermostat.

You can’t beat the beachfront location of this cozy cabin-like home. Perfect for our family gathering. Beautifully clean and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking the family meals. Morning coffees on the deck watching the waves created perfect Zen moments!

Had the most amazing time at this gorgeous rental right on the beach! Walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the sunset every evening, and either made dinner in the lovely kitchen or walked the short distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

This house was amazing! It was myself, my husband and our daughter. There was plenty of room for us plus a second home if you have a larger family. The house was clean and well stocked and it was right on the beach with your own beach access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. It is the perfect place for a family, To come and relax and enjoy the ocean you won’t be disappointed! Our host was available to answer any questions and was very nice! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed!

Family of 10 stayed for a week and all enjoyed the house amenities and location. On beach and within 10 minute walk to town. House was as described and in photos and everything in good shape and well supplied. With the main house and adjacent guest house there was plenty of room for all. Area between housed was gated and great for small children’s play area. This is the fourth house we have used in Cayucos and we would definitely use again.

This is a second Family Vacation gifted by my Mom. She cried when she walked in. My Mom who is 89 had a chance to enjoy the family festivities from the deck - which was a blessing! Two houses worked out perfect for a young early rise and early to bed family and 2 senior citizens which stay up late. Views were fabulous from sunrise to sunset with just cleaned windows. Very clean with every thing you need. Just down steps to the quiet beach with a large climbing rock. Top of the list to come back to stay.

The best placed we've ever stayed along the west coast. We took our daughter and her little family and grand babies. The separate houses were absolutely perfect for a multifamily setup. STUNNING views and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was amazing. Really not a bad thing to say... It was just incredible. Almost teared up when we all had to leave.

Great beach house! The location is perfect, from being right on the beach to an easy walk into town, such a plus. The house was very clean and nicer in person than the pics online actually. I was impressed with how stocked it was with kitchen supplies, towels, TP, shampoo, etc. Everything worked and we had a wonderful time, would definitely stay here again. Just wish I could bring my little dog next time, as there were TONS of pups playing on the beach out front and I know he'd really enjoy that. Thanks for making our girls weekend wonderful!
