Nice condo with a nice price point. Staying on the beach takes some of the fuss out of that process. Gated parking with attendant with plenty of parking. We would stay at the Dunes again

It was just ok. The elevator waits were annoying - there’s just two for the building. (21 floors) One elevator was not working for about 24 hrs, so that made for very long lines. The unit wasn’t as clean as you’d expect - dust bunny under a chair, dirt in the corners. The view was great, the beds were very comfy (except for a paper thin mattress on sofa bed in liv rm), There isn’t a list online of items in the kitchen, which would be helpful - I had to message them. It was all just ok.
