Very nice property. We chose because of the elevator. It is not wheel chair accessible though. The fact that there is an elevator would lead you to think you could have a wheelchair but the entry with the stone steps would never work. Thankfully my father is not wheelchair bound. We had a great time. Parking is very tight

Cabin was very nice, the bed on the main level was noisy and uncomfortable but everyone else said theirs was fine. The only real issue was communication the last evening and day of the stay due to snow and ice. I messaged and asked our options at 4:43pm on Wednesday evening and no response and we were attempting to contact someone the following morning around 7am since the hill was covered in snow and no one was available until 8am, then they told us we needed to wait for management who comes in at 9am. Getting management on the phone for options was the hardest part and someone should be available 24/7 for these types of concerns and issues. Otherwise it was a great stay.

This property was just as described and is only about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It was well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was great except for having to email my drivers license to the property management company. They need a secure website for that. The email method is not secure. The living room couch is completely shot - springs are missing and/or broken. All interior door hinges squeak and could really use WD-40 so that when you open and close them then you don’t disturb others. Other than that it’s a great property with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a large group. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros- sleeping arrangements for 12 people, easy to get into gatlinburg strip/ pigeons forge island back roads, plenty to do
Cons- hot tub didn’t work, parking spots at cabin(car pool), tvs were hard to get working in all rooms.
