It is a very bright, spacious, well kept, fully outfitted and furnished 2 bedroom + den single floor house in a gated property with 24 hour security right in the heart of Palm Springs.
The generous master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed, a flat screen TV, 2 large closets and a large en-suite bathroom with his/her sinks and separate shower and tub. The large 2nd bedroom contains a king bed (can be converted to 2 twins) with an adjoining en-suite bathroom with full shower.
Enjoy your own 50" 4K UHD TV with soundbar in the Den just off the dining and living room. Use the working desk in the Den with WI-FI for your computer, streaming and gaming needs. California shutters run across the back windows and sliding doors in the living room leading out to the private patio with relaxing mountain, garden and pool views. The bright and well-lit living room has a wet bar for your entertaining needs. The fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable cork flooring has a back door that also leads to the south facing patio garden and Weber gas BBQ. This beautiful property contains vaulted ceilings and skylights in 3 rooms which gives it a wonderful overall light and airy feeling.

What a wonderful home surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds in a very quite, well secured neighborhood. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine. Many mornings we sat on the patio, had our coffee, gazed at the blue sky framed by the palms and listened to the birds sing. We could pick our morning OJ right off the surrounding fruit trees. The heated pool and jacuzzi were right in the back yard. We took walks around the historic Deepwell neighborhood and checked out all the amazing desert architecture. Our stay was fantastic. Everything we wanted to do or see was a short drive away. Many thanks to Lorraine and Ron

Wow!! What a wonderful place. My wife and I came here and stayed 3 months while we worked at a local hospital. We cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Lorraine and Ron are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We've stayed all over the world and have not met a better owner than Lorraine and Ron.
This hidden treasure was perfect for us. It is very spacious, it has a very comfortable master bedroom/bathroom, beautiful and spacious living room, and we felt very safe here. There's a security guard as you come into the Deep Well Ranch, which was fantastic as my wife and I sometimes had different schedules. The pool and hot tub was right outside our door, which was very convenient. All the amenities were great here. Tennis courts were just a walk away. The neighbors are very friendly.
You will not be disappointed with this property. One of the best we've come across. Thank you Lorraine and Ron for being so gracious and friendly. Hope we get to come back next year!!

We loved our almost two month stay in this condo. The owners, Lorraine and Ron, were always so supportive and helpful, easily accessible by email or phone. The unit has several skylights, which bring lovely light deep into the home. Main windows face south, so there is sun all day long. The view of the mountains is spectacular. The unit has super comfy king beds and is appointed with everything you need, even a juicer. Lovely citrus is right outside the door, so you can make fresh juice daily. The furniture is comfy and supportive, done in a lovely pastel color scheme. We also drove, so we could take our bikes, and we rode almost every day, taking advantage of the perfect climate and the flat desert valley. The neighbors are also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent two months at this wonderful location. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The Kitchen is stocked with about anything you may need to stay in and cook. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were only a phone call or email away to help out with any issue or question that came up. The proximity to the pool was great as we were in it regularly. Everything you need from a shopping to Dining was nearby. The mountain views were incredible. The neighbors that we came in contact with were always friendly and helpful. We will very much miss spending time at this great location in Deepwell Ranch.
