This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The rooftop terrace has excellent ocean views and there are countless restaurants within walking distance. You will absolutely love this small beach town for its authenticity and local feel!

A lot of stairs but suited our needs. Mirador is beautiful and a nice benefit.

VRBO should start a new catagory for hosts called SuperSuper Host.
Aida and Daniel would definitely qualify. You barely hit send for a request and Aida responds. It's a 6 unit 3 story walkup where we were on the top floor. The unit is fully equipped with every utensil and basic condiment you will need. Karmen is a jewel who kept the building spotless. We stayed a month and we received a top to bottom cleaning in our unit every Friday. The rooftop patio gives beautiful views of the ocean and a great place for morning coffee and nighttime drink. We frequently saw breaching whales! The beach is a short walk and although rocky has numerous little sandy areas to set up your chairs or blankets. The main street is a short 10 minute walk where there are 7 or 8 beachfront restaurants from low to high cost but all are delicious. Across the street from the apartment is a quaint restaurant with great seafood and believe or not great pizza! We tend to travel to different places but if we ever do get back to Punta de Mita we will definitely stay with Aida and Daniel.

This is a lovely, airy, clean and conveniently located place. Aida was very responsive to any requests. Do spend time on the beautiful rooftop!

The place was conveniently located and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus!
The roof deck has an amazing view and there are plenty of places to eat and go to the beach within walking distance.
