About this house rental

This location is central to most of what Bend has to offer. Sitting just above the Old Mill district, walk to the shops and restaurants just steps down the hill, or hop into downtown for shopping, eating, or taking in some night life. The parkway (highway) is just blocks away for getting to other areas in and around Bend. Summer is a great time to enjoy the new water park close by, and getting to the mountain is easy during winter months. There are endless shopping options just a few blocks to the east on 3rd Ave for picking up groceries or other needed items. Fred Meyer is a very short drive. The location simply can't be better for enjoying the many things that this popular destination has to offer.

From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the house. Perfect size for 3 couples with an incredible backyard for relaxing and enertaining. Very well decorated and stocked with everything needed for our stay. Location is perfect! Walking distance to Old Mill and short drive to shopping . Matt the owner is awesome! We all had a great time staying here and will definetly book again.

Our group of five adults from Maui totally enjoyed the house. The gas fire pit was cozy and a perfect place to gather at night to enjoy a glass of wine. The visits from friendly deer in the afternoon made for great photo opps. The house is in a perfect location close to the Old Mill district and downtown Bend. Matt the owner was easy to communicate with and always promptly returned messages. We highly recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.
