Escape to paradise at our luxurious 3-bedroom townhome in the private, gated complex of Waikoloa Beach Villas, located on the breathtaking Kohala Coast of the Big Island. Our poolside unit is among the largest in the complex and boasts 1,872 sq. ft. of indoor living space. From our private corner location, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai volcanoes.

As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the world-class amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa with our daily Hilton Pool pass, available for up to 6 guests. Dive into one of the 3 pools, race down the slides, and meander along the lazy river. Discover the wonders of the lagoon with a snorkel or kayak for an unforgettable experience. The pass comes with free towel service and parking for 1 car (Hilton Pool Pass is available for all stays in 2025/26 and we expect to renew for 2027 when made available by Hilton in the Oct/Nov timeframe).

Unwind in our spacious family room, featuring two plush sofa sitting areas and a massive 86-inch TV for your entertainment. Or retreat to the cozy upstairs loft with an additional sofa and smart TV. Each bedroom also come equipped with their own TVs for your enjoyment.

Create culinary masterpieces in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Or sizzle up some steaks on the barbecue on our private lanai and watch the kids play on the large greenbelt. Stay active at the nearby fitness center or take a refreshing dip in the tropically landscaped pool and jacuzzi across the lawn - a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The pool area was recently beautifully remodeled.

Need to stay connected while on vacation? No problem! Set up your laptop on the desk in the loft area and stay productive with our lightning-fast internet with speeds up to 500 Mbps.

Our townhome comes with all the comforts of an upscale home, including a washer and dryer and an adjacent private garage for one car. A parking permit is provided for one additional car, allowing guests to park a total of 2 cars on the property.

Located in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa is just across the street from Queen’s Market Place and King’s Shops for casual and upscale shopping and dining. Savor a cup of coffee at Starbucks or a delicious meal at the Gourmet Market - both just a couple of minutes walk from the unit. Tee off at King’s Golf Course or Waikoloa Beach Course or explore Anaeho’omalu Bay and its ancient fishponds and petroglyphs within a 10-15 minute walk. The best beaches on the island - stunning Hapuna and Kauna’oa beaches - are an easy 10-minute drive away.

Excellent corner unit location near entrance the Waikoloa beach area and across from Queens Marketplace. It is 5-10 minutes away from the ‘Anaeho’omalu sandy beach with free parking, shade and the salt water lagoon near the Hilton resort, which is safe for snorkeling. Upscale groceries/shopping/restaurants nearby. Costco is near the Kona airport, Foodland Farms supermarket in Mauna Lani beach resort is 10 minutes away and Waikoloa Village (town to east) offer more economical groceries and restaurants. Management company was very responsive and checkin/checkout were easy. Owners gave lots of great tips for our visit. Pool pass with Hilton self service parking was a great plus, because we were there a lot. Lots of beach equipment was available in unit, including beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach cart. Interior was very nice and beds comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Plentiful beach towels. Attractions in the area (Kona, coffee farms, Costco, Pololu Valley, Hapuna beach) were 15-60 minutes away. FYI. Hawai’i Volcano NP is 2 hrs away, but doable for a day trip.

Unit is as described and shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful place to stay at. The community pool is just steps away and unit is walkable to the Queensmarket shopping center.What makes this place stand out is there is room to spread out. With a bedroom and bath downstairs and two more upstairs there is room for the whole family. Especially if you are traveling with extended family.Highly recommend staying here. The hosts are very communicative and so it the management company

We had an incredible trip and Sherry and Lars property was perfect for our large blended family. The extra space and sleeping arrangements worked out great for two adults and five children ages 8 to 14Shaded lawn area and steps away from the pool made the time spent on property very enjoyable. The condo was well equipped for home away from home living, as well as the garage for beach. excursions.One of the pictures in the listing needs to be updated due to new furniture but we caught it before the trip and Sherry’s communication and solution were excellent.

We have stayed at lots of VRBO’s over the years in Kona, and this was the best. It was fantastic, excellent location, had AC, even the teenage boys loved it. I think we found “our place”. I love Waikoloa, and the shops and the beaches, the whole island is beautiful, but this is a really nice place. We’ll be back for sure.

The keyless check in was very easy, we were actually allowed early entry due to our circumstances. The condo is bright and airy with multiple fans we used constantly. We grilled dinner two nights and had the tools we needed for the bbq. Walked to Roy's for dinner twice...delicious...two shopping areas close by... went to the Hilton for lunch (not impressed at all) and had no trouble getting the parking validated. The condo is nicely furnished, beds are ok. The pool and spa are so close and we enjoyed both several times. Grounds are nicely kept.

The unit was spacious and convenient location to the pool. The Hilton Pool passes were a huge benefit with the kids. The unit was stocked well. The carpet was worn and needs replaced. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. The garage had beach chairs and umbrellas which was a huge benefit on beach day! We would definitely stay again if we come back to Hawaii.

The property was very nice. My son enjoyed having a pool right outside the back door. We all really enjoyed the access to the Hilton pool and lagoon. The pool there was great and the boy loved the water slide. The lagoon was a nice easy place to snorkel; we saw lots of fish, a large group of sea turtles, and even a ray. The bed in the master bedroom was not the most comfortable bed ever, but it was fine. The TV was nice and huge. Would recommend.

We were celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th birthday and had been on the Big Island traveling around for the last week and a half. Our final destination was at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was perfect for both our families. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool. We easily walked to Wikoloa Beach and found all our cooking supplies at the market in the Queen's Shops. Our day at the Hilton was an extra special event for all of us. We weren't expecting all the fun things to do and it ended up being such a treat! What a wonderful way to end our journey in Hawaii!

The property is beautiful, the grounds & pool are great! The condo itself was roomy & perfect for our 3 family vacation. They were very clear on what was available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host was also very responsive, and helpful to our contacts with them. The sliding glass door to the lanai, was so very hard to open & close and we couldn’t get 2 of the TV’s to work at all. We contacted the management company, and they sounded very accommodating, but never actually resolved the issues.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was appointed beautifully and was located so conveniently to shops and the pool and beach. There were so many helpful things at the house for us to use such as high chair, booster seat, portacrib and so many beach items. The lawn area just behind the house was so fun for my grandkids to run around in and it was such a short walk to the condo's pool. We could not have had a better time. Lastly, The Resortica staff was friendly, helpful, available and very accomodating. I would definitely bring my family here again.

My family loved the Condo. We had other family come to visit from the Hilton Resort & they didn’t want to leave. They enjoyed the Condo & its amenities as well. It will perfectly sleep up to 6 adults in bed & 3 (young adults/teens on sofas. It’s closely located across from a shopping center. The Hilton Pool Passes were a great experience but expect to pay close to for parking. Everything was what I expected it to be BUT there was an issue with the patio door. It needs servicing. I’m sure it doesn’t seem like a big deal to have to manipulate the door to get it to lock, however that shouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise, My family & I had a great experience & would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful fully equipped townhouse. It’s located close to the gym and pool, with added bonus of the Hilton pool passes. Parking is free at the Hilton with validation at the valet using the passes. Central location you can walk to Lava Lava Club and even see some turtles! Hosts were great and quick to respond. Mahalo

Although we never did figure out the hilton pool pass. it appeared that hilton has a problem with outside guests using its facilities. There was a pool right by the condo, but we were never told if we were free to use it or not or the procedures to eneter the locked gates.

I can’t say one bad thing about this house! It was very comfortable for my family of 6. Easy access to the pool area. The beach was less than a 5 minute drive away. Nice shops right across the street that we can walk to for food, including a grocery store. The house was very clean and actually has more updated furniture than shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay! Communication was top notch! Owners were wonderful in reaching out beforehand with recommendations and responsive to our questions. Property management answered right away when we forgot to leave the remote control for the unit. All this and a really lovely home with passes to the Hilton Waikaloa pools. Thank you!
