Harbour Oaks 309 is a pet-friendly St. Simons vacation rental in the closest condo complex to Pier Village—full stop. Walk to the tree spirits in Neptune Park, the homemade candy at St. Simons Sweets, and whatever’s on tap at Brogen’s UGA bar, then head home through hydrangeas and discover garden paths you'll want to keep a secret. Inside, this ground-floor, dog-friendly condo is single-level and laid out for real life. The living room has actual seating, and the kitchen doesn’t make you choose between counter space and caffeine. The private patio is just far enough from the pool to keep things quiet. You’re 0.7 miles from the beach, a few shady steps from the tennis court, and exactly as close as it says it is.

Very close to the village, shops, and beach accesses. Gated which was very nice. Comfortable and homey. Would rent again. Would be nice to have waterhose at front of property for convenience for rinsing off sand as we always entered thru the front door. Was one at back of property. Pet friendly. Overall a wonderful stay. We visit St. Simon’s every year. Was worried as this was our first trip without an ocean view rental, but it was just as nice.

Great location! Close to the beach, pier, Pier Village, dog park & pickleball courts, and other island amenities. This unit is clean and nicely decorated and furnished. We had everything we needed. Note that the AC is really loud. Other than that it is perfect for a family/group of up to 4 adults.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay, great location to visit the spots in SSI, weather was just right! Will be back....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we liked the location and unit. We had a problem with roaches that was never resolved. We could not use the dishwasher most of the time and also saw them in the bathrooms. We reported this a couple of days into our stay and even though we were told an exterminator was coming, they never showed up. We were offered big spray which we were not comfortable using indoors. Sadly. We will not be returning.
