Duval Square Retreat is In the heart of Old Town. Duval Square is located at the "artistic" and quieter end of Duval Street. This recently upgraded unit is tastefully decorated with design elements from around the world. The first floor offers a well- equipped kitchen, and an open living and dining concept, French doors to a private balcony and a half bath powder room.
Upstairs, the main bedroom suite has a private balcony and ensuite bath. The second second bedroom also has an ensuite bath.
There is central air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The complex's shared pool and sunning area overlooks world famous Duval Street. On the street level you will find a unique tree lined courtyard with restaurants and shops. While gated garage parking is provided here, all you really need is a bicycle for your main mode of transportation as you can walk or bike everywhere from Duval Square.

Great location with garage parking. Listing is accurate and easy instructions to follow for check-in. Nice decor, spacious, and clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was dated in its decor and functionality. The kitchen needs to be replenished, especially the utensils. There was limited storage for food in the cabinets.
The chairs in the living room were old and uncomfortable seating.
The second bedroom could be more functional: there is chest on an angle in the corner of the bedroom that was only decorative and not usable for storage. The TV was on a shelf in the closet. The paint in the bathroom was peeling.
The pool in the complex is very small and shallow (deepest end is 4.5 feet), which makes the water very warm and not refreshing on a hot day.
Overall the condo served its overall purpose and its location was fine, but we were disappointed for the reasons mentioned above. It was overpriced for what we got in return.
