Water view from living areas and both bedrooms!! Second floor waterfront condominium overlooks Manteo Harbor, Festival Island Park and the charming town of Manteo. Restaurants, shops, boutiques, and water sports are right outside of your front door. Lost Colony Outdoor Theater, Fort Raleigh Historic Site, NC Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens and Regional Airport, MQI, are within a 10 minute drive. Drive 6 miles to Nags Head Beach and Outlet Mall. There is secured parking on the lower level with elevator. Must have a security card to operate. This condo is perfect for wedding parties! There are 2 reception facilities and 2 popular wedding sites within walking distance.

Myself, my husband and two close friends thought this place was the perfect accommodation for our long weekend getaway… being right in downtown Manteo we could walk the town and enjoy the beautiful shops and restaurants.the best view on the harbor side deck! Very clean and nice!

Nice location, great view of sunrise, comfortable, during peak season would imagine there is lots to do. Enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in the heart of the historic district of Manteo with a beautiful view of the marina. It is close to restaurants, shops and Festival Park. The condo itself was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again when in Manteo.

There are countless reviews raving about the location of this property and they are all accurate. HOWEVER, you can check into any fleabag hotel and have your bed made and towels hanging in the bathroom when you arrive. NOT HERE! We were unaware of this unusual policy and after a long day of traveling and entertainment we find that we have to make our bed. Not only did we have to make our own beds, but we were also required to participate as housekeeping by washing sheets and towels before leaving. It's not like the place was a bargain! Not renting there again, it was our fourth rental in Manteo for the same music festival and by far the biggest disappointment.
