This architect-designed, cozy cottage on 4-acres in Alexander Valley welcomes you with sweeping views of vineyards and mountains. Clean lines combined with a soothing palette of locally-sourced materials evoke serenity and a sense of spaciousness. Constructed with care and deliberately sized to minimize carbon footprint, this modern
yet rustic cottage is ideal for couples or small families. Sleeps 2-4 people.
The cottage is set well off the road and surrounded by vineyards and farms, walking distance to the center of Geyserville (a small town just 6 miles north of Healdsburg and approximately 75 miles from San Francisco). Geyserville is home to several wineries, tasting rooms including Mercury, Pech Merle and others, gourmet restaurants (Diavola, Corner Project and Catelli’s), Oliver Ranch Foundation and other points of interest.
While the cottage is delightful for quiet reflection, there are many activities available nearby. Hiking and biking trails abound. The Russian River is within walking distance and Lake Sonoma is located just a few miles away. Of course, wineries of Sonoma and Napa beckon year round.

Beautiful views of the surrounding hills of the Alexander Valley through large windows. Situated in a quiet spot down a dirt road. A short walk to the main street of Geyserville, which has several nice restaurant options and a coffee shop, and a short drive to several nearby wineries. The house is a nice option if you want a quiet, sunny retreat in wine country. A good size for my wife and me. We enjoyed being able to cook ourselves and the kitchen was well equipped for that. The loft above could be a nice option for an older child. It requires climbing a steep ladder which could be a challenge for younger children or older adults.

We loved the solitude and glorious views out every window of this well appointed modern cabin. While small it did not feel like it. Just a walk to town and like cabin, Geyersville is quiet but has 2 incredible restaurants.

Spacious, airy and bright cottage set amongst grapes and hillside views all around. Large windows and loft design gave the feeling of even more room. Fine touches with well stocked kitchen and European feel to bath. Just a short drive from Healdsburg while being close to a number of wineries yet short dirt road gives feeling of seclusion. Excellent communication with host and pictures don’t do justice for the beauty of the cottage.

This was the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring area vineyards in Sonoma and Napa. The property is well kept and gorgeous. The cottage is tucked away yet very close to access town and main roads. The views from the front and back deck are spectacular- the listing photos were gorgeous but the actual cottage and views were even better. Uma provided the best communication and we had no issues at all accessing everything.

The pictures don't do this place justice - its light and bright and right in the middle of a vineyard. Grapes on all sides of you. The cottage is well appointed and has a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay and found the owners to be thoughtful and accomodating.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish at this amazing property! Uma was a fantastic host, providing clear access instructions and great local recommendations ahead of our stay. During our visit, she checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The property itself was immaculately clean and you absolutely cannot beat the view. You wake up less than 10 feet to the beautiful vineyards every morning and have a clear night of stars each evening. The location is super accessible to both Sonoma County and Napa as it north enough to jump right on Hwy 128 to be in Calistoga in less than 30 min! We cannot wait to return again in the future!

This property has everything we needed! The location was absolutely killer. Staying in a beautifully designed and well thought out bungalow in a real-life VINEYARD was so cool. We walked to town every morning for breakfast because it was so beautiful and the coffee shop in Geyserville had great coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The hosts were communicative and had stocked the house with all necessities. They were upfront about the strength of the WiFi but we didn't even want to stream anything because of the beauty of the surroundings. The WiFi was more than adequate for us when we did have to check our email and send texts. I'd return in a heartbeat to this place!

We had a wonderful visit in early October. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos. Check-in was simple and the house was perfectly clean and tidy when we arrived. We absolutely loved the 360-degree views of the vineyards and the mountains, especially with the fog rolling in in the mornings. Pleasant, short walk into Geyserville for lunch or dinner and wine tasting. Amazing view of the stars after dark as well. A very restorative and restful trip. Wow! Now this is a five star guest house! I'd say 10 stars! The house is amazingly well-built and designed, super super clean, very well-equipped, and a neat location away from other humans! Yay! So convenient to some of the best wineries — we particularly enjoyed Dry Creek Valley wineries, some just 8 minutes away. Great dining options in Geyserville and also 10 minutes south in Healdsburg. The kitchen is VERY nice if you want to cook at the house. The owner was attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed from kitchenware to games to pass time in the evening. The setting was idyllic being in the middle of vineyards and viewing the mountains. We walked to town a couple of times. We were also close to the highway for easy access to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, and other neighboring towns. Communication with the owners was great and they were really responsive. We have rented a number properties in Sonoma County area, and this was best. Perfect for one couple, the cottage was beautiful, unique, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. We loved the location, and really liked Geyserville, with some nice restaurants, and an awesome coffee shop. Uma was always responsive in confirming arrangements, and we will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We have been to Healdsburg/Geyserville area for more than a decade and always rent a house. This was a last minute trip and our usual go-to spots were booked. What a pleasant surprise this beautiful cottage was! It may be our new favorite spot. Perfect location near most of the wineries we love, and downtown Healdsburg, beautiful home, views, and area. Zero complaints and would stay here again in a second!

We thoroughly enjoyed our five nights, wish it could have been longer. The home is beautifully modern and very well equipped with everything/anything we could have needed. A pick of two perfectly placed outdoor decks provided wonderful spaces for morning coffee and evening beverages. A highlight for us being the short 10-15 minute stroll through vineyards to town where we enjoyed dining at Catelli's and Diavola. The location was perfect for us to explore Sonoma, Napa and Alexander Valleys and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next trip.
