the property was nice, comfortable, came with a washing machine and dryer, wi-fi, big bathroom, kitchen, hot water and towels. not too noisy as it’s a ways from the main street. im not entirely sure why people were complaining about “shoes on the stair case” and “uncomfortable seeing people showering”. you have to walk past peoples houses, just dont be nosy? and it’s very clear that within the building it’s also where people live? obviously there’s going to be peoples stuff about. didnt feel uncomfortable at all, locals were really helpful with finding the place and responsive staff on whatsapp.

in room 001 you can hear the beeping from the front door lock when someone enters and it could be cleaned better. there was one little critter, we called him jerome. people complaining about bugs have obviously never stayed on budget accommodation. honestly it’s great value for your money :)

The party street is very close so you will certainly hear the music at night - just be aware

Had small kitchenette and washing machine which was a bonus. Very nice and kind owner, even exchanged our USD to VND. Air conditioning was good, bed was comfy, has a nice little rooftop terrace.

The party street is close by so can be noisy at night. Room itself is quite small but wasn’t a huge issue for us. Overall great stay!

The location was good although difficult to find at first.

No tv even though the room was advertised with one. Quite run down and needs renovation.
