Just relisted after complete remodel during summer of 2025! Come enjoy our luxury mountain getaway – Hot Tub | Family-Friendly | Sleeps 8 | Close to the bus stop and across from the Nordic center.
Welcome to our mountain getaway - only 1/4 mile to the base of Peak! Offering vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, new hardwood floors, and all new furnishings, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends alike.
Our home has a very spacious living room offering a cozy gas fireplace with plenty of seating for all. While the dining room seats 6-8 as well. There is a second gas fireplace and a large buffet for big family meals and cozy sitting area in the separate dining room —The perfect room for family dinners or game nights. We love this room! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and well stocked with all new utensils, cooking basics, spices, crockpot, griddle and baking needs making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The huge island offers seating for 4 plus lots of standing room. Lots of games and puzzle provided.

• Master Suite: King bed, 55" smart TV, private ensuite bath
• Bedroom 2: King bed, 40" smart TV
• Bedroom 3: Brand new high-end Queen size murphy bed and 1 set of XL bunks

• Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap and hairdryers provided for easy travel

• Outdoor hot tub (installed Fall 2023)

Beautiful home. Great neighborhood. Close to town, worked perfect for us. With two fireplaces and living rooms we had some at the tv and others gaming in the other room which really was nice. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook all your meals.Bedrooms were very nice. Master w/bath and 2 guest rooms upstairs with newly renovated bathroom.Plenty of hot water...Owner had a Christmas tree in the garage which we put up in one of the living rooms and decorated which with the view and the snow, it was truly a white Christmas. Really appreciated the owners sharing their beautiful home and making it feel like we were at home during Christmas. T hks again.

The place was great, we had an awesome during our winter ski trip. All amenities were good, clean, hot tub was a nice bonus. The shuttle walk was short, and we walked back from 4 o'clock run one afternoon and it wasn't too bad.
After the trip is where things changed. I was charged a two hundred and fifty dollar damage fee by Heather who claimed that we broke their oven door which was actually broken before I arrived. I tried to explain this with Heather and VRBO but unfortunately I was still charged as they claimed they had done an inspection prior to my arrival and it was fine (it was not). Just beware (with this property and all others) if you find something damaged, make sure you do your best to prove it was not caused by you and contact your host. I wish that Heather and co would have been more keen to trust her renters, but no such luck. Just be careful with these places / management companies... they are cut throat!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Breckenridge. I loved the layout. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I enjoyed the separate sitting area away from the tv. The kitchen was well stocked, better than most. We used the hot tub a couple times and it was great! We are a family of 5 and I hate paying a lot of money and then barely getting any towels or toilet paper, etc….but this place was well stocked! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us through a four night stay. Thank you to the hosts for helping make this an enjoyable stay.

Two families stayed in the condo during our stay. The layout was good for two families with kids, two separate sitting areas on main floor so the adults could be talking in one room, while the kids were in the other room.
The condo is outdated in décor and appeared worn. The TV didn't work in the main sitting area and it took several days to get it fixed. It was a hardship for 4 kids and their parents to not have a working TV when they wanted to relax in the evening after skiing. The carpeting was stained in many places there was a broken lamp in master bedroom without a shade. Drawers were in need of repair(silverware drawer kept getting stuck) and the dishwasher rack kept falling off.
On the positive, the hot tub and grill were very nice and worked. The beds were comfortable and the free bus to peak 7 and 8 was a short walk away. Our kids enjoyed the games and puzzles; and the kitchen was well-stocked for spices and gadgets.
