Enjoy a special holiday from this apartment located in the highest point of the old city.
Easy to reach and right in the centre of the city, the flat stands on one of the most ancient areas of Siena, 300 mt away from Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral.
The flat is located at the third floor inside a historical building in one of the highest spots in Siena. Besides offering a breathtaking sight on the monuments and buildings, the flat has very nice interiors that match the classical Tuscan fashion combined to a more modern one. This well-finished style goes together with comfort and a cosy atmosphereThe bedrooms, a double and a twin, are large and homely, quiet and cosy. The option of a childbed is also available or a third bed for another person to sleep in the same room.
The Pienza Room
The double-beeded room Pienza has antique furniture, well combined with more modern details offering a totally romantic environment.
The Tower Room
The Tower room is a twin bedroom and the furniture’s style is early 1900s. The leading tones are aquamarine, for a full relax.
A wide and luminous living room with also a table to dine and relax area gives a wonderful sight on Siena’s roofs.
Just three steps up and you get to the bathroom (with shower).
A well-equipped kitchen faces the dining room, from which with a few steps you will be able to access the roof terrace for a breathtaking sight.
This apartmentt is the ideal location for those who want to discover Siena but also its surroundings: Chianti, Val D’Orcia and the closest Tuscan cities.
The flat can host up to 4 people: works perfectly for a couple but it is also very functional and comfortable for a lonely traveller.
For those who want to know more about the Palio, thanks to the flat’s position it will be possible to live a unique experience just at the heart of one of Siena’s Contradas: the Contrada of Pantera (panther/leopard).

Siena is in the heart of Tuscany and enclosed by famous world pearls like the wonderful Chianti hills, the Val D'Orcia, the Maremma.
Being an old medieval town, Siena's historic centre was not designed for motor vehicles and therefore car traffic is restricted.
However if you're driving a car there are some big parkings within three to ten minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Free parkings are also available a bit further; from there a public shuttle bus will take you close to the apartment.
If you're travelling by bus or by train, you have the options to take a taxi (about 10 min ride), to walk (about 20 mins) or by public bus.
In any case, before your arrival, you'll be sent a brochure with all the details on how to get to the apartment and lots of useful information about the area.

This is an amazing property. The rooftop deck has a great view of Siena and you can see the Duomo. The apartment is very well furnished with homey rooms that give you plenty of relaxing space. Yes there are stairs to walk up but for those able to claim the view is well worth it!

The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, well situated in a wonderful neighborhood. All appliances worked. The view from the terrace is possibly the best in all of Tuscany.

Have just had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The views from the roof terrace as well as some of the main rooms towards the cathedral and tower were stunning. Apartment was much bigger than we expected. Lovely old furniture. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great location - short walk to the heart of the city but also in a peaceful spot. Would love to return. Siena is fabulous!
