About this country house rental
Family home that has been owned by the same family for over five generations. We make this home available to other families who want to explore Ohiopyle and all the local attractions. Includes three bedrooms - master bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds, 3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be pulled out to make a double bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. House resides on a 30 acre farm with a small barn. Walk out the front door and explore Ohiopyle State Park. Two miles from the Ohiopyle Falls and three miles to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Perfect for a family getaway: Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, Fort Necessity, Frank Lloyd Wright's Kentuck Knob. A short drive to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley.
The house is fully stocked with kitchen pots, pans, dishes and eating utensils as well as coffee maker, toaster, etc. However, tenants should bring their own bed linens and bath towels.

Perfect, relaxing vacation! The property was so lovely to walk around and it was an easy ride to downtown Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. We would definitely come back!

We love to stay here, primitive with updates, so quiet and the night sky is amazing. Close to Ohiopyle and Christian Klay winery!

We loved how close this property was to Ohiopyle while still being private. The pavilion was a special treat for family movies and s’mores, and we walked up the hill each night to watch fireflies. It was a perfect retreat!

This property is great for those who are looking for a remote and private setting, location/proximity to local state park/FLW attractions/services, and the views are forever! The upper fire pit is a great way to experience the sunrise/set change of light. While the Lower fire pit is great for convenience to the house and S’more making ;-). Yes, TWO fire pits! Ron is the kindest and most responsive any host could be! We’d return here in a heartbeat!
