Sweden Apartment - Top Floor one bedroom with sea views - RS

The landlady was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing all the information in advance. The house has a huge terrace; if I ever come back to Lagos, I'd book it again just for the terrace – it's absolutely fantastic! The room has ocean views, and the nearest beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Parking was easy to find, and because the beach was so amazing, I didn't use the pool. The area around the apartment was quiet and the environment was lovely. Overall, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it!!!

There was a musty smell in the room, and we had to air it out every time we came back. The shower drain could also be upgraded; we've been reducing the water pressure in the showers to prevent overflow. But the balcony is fantastic, so these are just minor issues.

This apartment was beautifully located close to the beach. It had a wonderful balcony, with morning and afternoon sun and great views. The apartment itself had everything we needed: good, clean beds, confortable chairs, kitchen with all necessary items provided. Parking was easy and safe.

Nothing, but a (rental) car is needed to reach the centre of Lagos, al well as supermarkets, shops, most restaurants et cetera.

The Sweden Apartment was really perfect for our needs. I stayed with my adult son and the bedroom and pullout couch were quite comfortable and the interior space was functional. The star of this place is the enormous wraparound porch overlooking the sea. What great views to wake up to each day and a great space to relax in. For us, an additional consideration was to have an easy place to park a car and be able to do excursions from up and down the coast. The apartment worked out really well for that purpose. I also appreciated having a washing machine and the excellent communication with the host.

The only thing one might consider is how much time you plan to spend in Lagos itself. It’s a good walk into town and we found driving and parking very frustrating, so we didn’t spend much time there. We planned our meals out around our day trips and kept some groceries available to supplement.

Nice, well equiped confortable appartment with great terrace in very good location.

Problem was a chemical smell in bedroom not sure where it came from; issue could unfortunately not been resolved during our stay 5 days. I needed to sqeeze myself in double bed with my 2 children. That is why i need to downgrade from 10 to 5.
