If you are ready for an incredible beach vacation on the Gulf of Mexico, look no further than this 4th-floor Majestic Sun 413B updated condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort! This two-bedroom deluxe condo features some of the most breathtaking views of the beach you can find, from all common areas and the master bedroom. Watch the sunset from the private balcony or stroll over the boardwalk and put your toes in the sugar white sands.
As you enter this incredible updated vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine, a dining area that seats 10, and a beautiful living room that leads to the private balcony with full Gulf views. The living room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper and an ottoman that contains a twin-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HD TV, a private bathroom, and a balcony with breathtaking views as well. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, an HD TV, and an attached bath. With room for up to 7 guests, this deluxe condo is ideal for a beach getaway or a family trip to the Gulf Coast!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

we had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend extended stay at the majestic sun. Our fifth time staying at this property. We love the location, we love the amenities, and it is an excellent place for family to spend a vacation. I will highly recommend it.

The rental has an amazing view but is low to the street and you can hear the traffic over the waves. The floor of the unit was sandy. Sand toys were in the closet above the clothing rack; when I touched it, a large amount of sand came crashing down on my clothes and bag below. The dishes needed to be recleaned, as they were not cleaned well. Most likely this is due to the sponge that was provided not having a scouring side, making it impossible to really clean dishes. The quality of cookware was cheap and over used. The one thing I needed was missing and that was a Keurig, had I known they didn’t have one I would have brought my own. To top it off, Walmart ran out of coffee filter liners. I called and emailed the management office and got a response two days later that it was the owners responsibility to stock it. The mattress were terrible and the sheets were even worst (with over used fabric balls.) The linens need to be replaced. Lightbulb was burnt out upon arrival and cleaning supplies was left on the cocktail table. Show pillows were stained. Then, as we were packing up to go, the cleaning lady came a half hour early to find make sure we got out by ten. The office called as well. To bad that focus to detail was not spent on cleaning the unit properly and responding to my complaint. Plus, the free entertainment ticket is not available for anything you want. I tried several times to book tickets, but I got the same response, it should come with a free ticket but your company that your staying with has additional restrictions. That was a waste of time. This was my first experience with VBO. I thought I was paying more for some luxuries, but my fiend down the street paid a lot less and had better quality. So basically, you are paying for the view...
