This property features a quiet setting with cozy amenities to help you feel right at home. Location is close to many outdoor attractions of the area, Blue Ridge Parkway, NC Arboretum, Asheville Outlet Mall and with in 15 minutes of downtown Asheville, West Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Property is furnished with everything to make your stay better than a hotel in the area. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, mixer, dishes, pot/pans, baking dishes. Also has free wifi. Both the living room and Master bedroom have LED Fire TV’s and the living room has a blue ray player connected. We provide Netflix on the house. House has full size washer and dryer. Master room has queen size bed complete with sheets, blanket and bedspreads. 2nd bedroom features a full size bed with all the same amenities. Bathroom towels, wash cloths and hand towels provided. Nice covered porch to enjoy beautiful weather.

This little spot is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be right in the thick of the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville. Quiet neighborhood, and excellent property manager. She was very quick to respond and makes sure you have all the basic necessities for traveling. I highly recommend and will certainly be back!

My son and I enjoyed having this convenient spot to sleep close by hiking g, Asheville and the Parkway. The beds were comfortable and clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. Julia (Host) was responsive via email and made sure any questions were answered in a timely manner.

This was our 2 nd stay at this property. It worked out very well. Very quiet and convenient for us. Property had a couple appreciated improvements since we last stayed. The property is very clean and well taken care of. We will try to stay here next time as well.

The mobile home met our needs for our short visit to see family in Asheville. All the basics were covered and we wouldn't have a problem staying here again. The rate for a 2 bedroom/1 bath was fantastic up against what just a hotel room was charging in Asheville. The property is super convenient to shopping and it was easy to use the back roads to get around given the traffic in Asheville is horrible. It was a very quiet park and we had no issues at all. The home owners have done their best to make the home comfortable and we appreciated that.

All was well except for 2 things. I am a big coffee drinker and the Keurig was a pain in the butt. Would recommend a coffee pot be added to inventory. The television setup is too complicated and difficult to use. We don't have ROKU, Netflix or any of the other gadgets to get movies, Etc. Local programming on the tv set was unacceptable. Fortunately, we were active and didn't need it very much.

The rental was freshly cleaned upon arrival. It came with everything I needed for my long weekend stay. Great quiet neighborhood tucked away just outside the hustle and bustle of Asheville. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

This place is the perfect spot to stay for a mountain biking trip! It was perfectly centered between DuPont and Pisgah and is only 15-30 away from all the good trails! Plus there is shopping and food nearby making this VRBO a great spot to make great memories with family or friends.

We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter (her apt is Too Small!), but hotels in Asheville are stupid expensive! This was more comfortable, more space, more personal, and half the price of a hotel! The owner (Julia) was great and very responsive, and the place is comfortable, thoughtfully outfitted, and nicely decorated. Would rent again!

I worked remotely here for a week and it had everything we needed - laundry, blender, sufficient space. The only downside is that its a ~10 minute drive to downtown (which we knew and we were fine with). The neighborhood was calm and parking was easy. I would stay here again.

We decided to stay at this place for two reasons. 1) Tyler Cookie Lane is centrally locates to many area attractions, shopping, hiking, skiing, Blue Ridge Parkway and great towns to explore. Like Montreat, Maggie Valley and Biltmore House. 2) because we like to cook... the home like features gave us room to spread out (watch movies) and use our crockpot for yummy meals! Our time had more flexibility and options to craft out our days! Our surprise was the wildlife we saw in the area i.e. brown cub, seven turkeys hens and a bald eagle. It was cozy and quiet!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The NC Arboretum was just down the road, as well as the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, (which was closed during out trip). It was easy to access I-40 and I-26. We found a fabulous restaurant called the Apollo Flame Bistro with the most amazing food, with exceptional pricing. The neighborhood was quiet, and the Julie responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Inexpensive and close to downtown Asheville! This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to other mobile homes and there was a dumpster very close. Not really very private but it suited our needs!

We came to Asheville to celebrate our anniversary and chose to stay here because of its proximity to downtown Asheville, its price, and its great reviews. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The place was very clean and the perfect amount of space for the two of us. All the basic necessities were provided in the kitchen and the bed was very comfy. Access to Netflix and Amazon Prime were an unexpected bonus! Downtown Asheville is less than a 15-minute drive and lots of great hiking spots are within an hour drive. We left feeling refreshed and ready to face our lives at home again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful location. It was super clean, and comfortable. The owner Julia was kind and very communicative. We had a death in the family prior to our trip and were unsure if we were going to be able to still travel and she was understanding and compassionate about our situation. We are thankful we were still able to come and visit Asheville and see the sights as well as a local family member. We would definitely stay again!
