About this campground/ rv resort rental
This property features a quiet setting with cozy amenities to help you feel right at home. Location is close to many outdoor attractions of the area, Blue Ridge Parkway, NC Arboretum, Asheville Outlet Mall and with in 15 minutes of downtown Asheville, West Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Property is furnished with everything to make your stay better than a hotel in the area. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, mixer, dishes, pot/pans, baking dishes. Also has free wifi. Both the living room and Master bedroom have LED Fire TV’s and the living room has a blue ray player connected. We provide Netflix on the house. House has full size washer and dryer. Master room has queen size bed complete with sheets, blanket and bedspreads. 2nd bedroom features a full size bed with all the same amenities. Bathroom towels, wash cloths and hand towels provided. Nice covered porch to enjoy beautiful weather.

Very comfortable and quiet home! Julia, the property owner was very attentive to our needs and requests! We were an unusual tenet in that we stayed almost six months as our new home was being built. We have nothing but compliments about our experiences!

Inexpensive and close to downtown Asheville! This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to other mobile homes and there was a dumpster very close. Not really very private but it suited our needs!
