Don,t stay in a condo or a high rise! Stay in a private one bedroom ground floor apartment just steps to the white sandy beach and popular beach restaurants. Close enough to walk to Caddy's & Katiki's on the beach but tucked away far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, visit the latest new "Sea Dogs" Restaurant. Location, location! Pets welcome with a $250 pet fee. No barkers please. You can request a full credit for another time if you need to cancel at any time.
This unit offers secure wifi, a barbecue grill for outside cooking, a fully stocked kitchen and a king size bed. Walk one minute to the white sandy beach and a very popular restaurant where the locals eat & drink while watching the most amazing sunsets anywhere! There's also a boardwalk down the street that spans 6 tenths of a mile along the beach next to a covered bathers picnic area. You can also visit John's Pass just minutes away to have dinner, rent wave runners, water ski or just go shopping. This unit is immaculate...You won't be disappointed as we get many return clients. Wow what a fantastic place- see the beach and the bay! Wonderful host, walkable, quiet, and perfect location! You definitely won’t be disappointed! My dog loved it too!

LeeAnn made picking this beautiful place in Treasure Island across the way and a very close walk to Sunset Beach a no brainer with her quick replies and very easy dealings. It was also a bonus meeting Mema who met us when we checked in with ease while giving us a quick hit tutorial of the area and greeted us when we departed with hugs and kisses!!! Made us melt as we felt like family!!! We loved going to Caddy’s for lunch and listening to the music laying out on Sunset Beach. We also had many fun times at Ka’Tiki watching & dancing the night away to the Live Bands!
We can’t wait to make a return visit hopefully sooner than later!!!
