About this house rental

This is a Montgomery Wards kit home that was brought in by train. It is located on one of the oldest streets in town. You are 3 blocks from Main Street with restaurants and shopping. Then the opposite direction only 5 blocks from our beautiful city park where the popoagie river runs. This home is 3 levels with lots of stairs. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, king size bed and a queen size bed with one full bath and a 1/2 bath. 4 can sleep on this level. The main level is living space with 1/2 bath. The basement has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. This house has beds for 6 total. The kitchen table has 8 chairs. And there are two living rooms. The basement living room has a surround sound for movie viewing. Nice large yard with a bbq grill and a 6 person hot tub. At times the wild life is in or around the yard. This property you could have a small family gathering. If you have over 20 people there will be an extra fee.

We loved our stay when we were in town for our daughter's wedding. It worked well for our entire family including our 2 year old grandson and infant granddaughter. The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing from busy days! The fenced in backyard was appreciated for safety for our grandson. The house was very clean and Tara was great to work with!
