Great spot in Cotter with a lot of space!

Check-in was seamless and super easy. All the amenities were exactly as described. Enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area especially.

The Firehouse has plenty of room for families with kids. There were 9 of us including a 7,4 and 3 year olds. The kitchen was awesome with lots of room to cook. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The showers were huge with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer was a bonus. This property was in an excellent location. There are many things to do within walking distance like fishing, walking trails, park for the kids to play and the swimming hole with a swing. There are coffee shops, diners and fly shops. I’ve been coming to this area for the past 17 years and this has been the best location by far. I highly recommend! 5 star rating out of 5!

What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter.

This property is awesome. Whether a family reunion, team meeting, fishing expedition on the White or Buffalo river, look no further. Amazing space with all the bells and whistles. The ownership and their team were awesome. Sleeps so many comfortably! Accommodating to requests. So very nice. This property is 2 minutes from Cotter Trout Dock and minutes away from some solid restaurants. We cooked steaks on the grill, and some other meals in their spacious kitchen. Communication with property team members was very attentive and quick. No delays. Thank you so much for a great experience. Angie was great helping us with questions. Jeff as well.

Fun place to stay for intimate setting, especially if you are a group that likes. to cook and socialize. Small quiet town setting right on the river and the lodge is about 1/2 a mile from the spring park which has a boat launch with a little bait shop and a nice swimming hole set up with a rope swing. Lodge was clean and manager was friendly and helpful. Shiffleboard table is a bit rough if you're a big fan, but definitely an awesome place to stay and everyone we dealt with were very nice, polite, and helpful.

12 of us came here for a weekend trip. Property was big enough for all, it was clean and the check in process was easy. The only issue was that the shuffleboard table could use a little love… but that won’t keep us from coming back! Quiet area in town and we were about 2 minutes to the river. Made it super easy to get down there and fish. Will definitely book again.

We had a great experience at the Firehouse. We rented this property and also the Miser Lodge next door for our family Thanksgiving and we could not have been more happy! Both properties were extremely clean, the kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were very nice and comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Communication with Angel the manager was excellent.
