About this house rental
This 4 BR home is located on the 2nd hole of the Coffee Mill Golf Course. The home features panoramic view with a large walk around deck with screened and open porch.
The main level has a sunny master suite with a king bed and a 3/4 bath. The main floor has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has island seating for 4 and the dining room table will seat 10. Off the kitchen is a den with a built in office desk, a small gas stove, TV and sectional. Through French doors from the den, there is a three season porch where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Off this porch you can move to large wrap around deck with a gas grill and a large screened area with seating for 6. This overlooks the large backyard, Mississippi Valley bluffs and the golf course.
The lower level has 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a full bath in the lower level. There is also a queen sofabed in the lower level family room, a double futon, a twin bed and a single futon.
On the main level, there's a full size laundry room with a washer and dryer.
There is security camera located outside the home showing the driveway and access.
Note about Rates: Please be aware that the nightly rate is a rate for 4 adults. Additional guests are charged at a rate of $25/per person per night. The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. No events or large gatherings allowed without prior consent. If you plan to have a large number of visitors during your stay, please let us know.

This rental was absolutely stunning. The views are really amazing. Lush trees and gardens and grass lines surround the property. Plenty of room for lots of guests and a very easy communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location. Spacious home. Wonderful amenities—three family gathering areas upstairs, televisions, three porch areas, two porch areas screened in. Plenty of sleeping space for 10. A relaxing atmosphere Golfing in our backyard. Convenient access to groceries (a large grocery store at the edge of town, everything you need), gas, and downtown strolling. Eagle Center minutes away.
