This condo is ideally situated near parking, pool, boardwalk, and beach, and offers convenient amenities such as a tram service, in-unit washer/dryer and walk-in shower. With a king bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, this condo can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Our second floor unit eliminates the hassle and the need to use an elevator to access the condo. No need to use the elevator just hop right across the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Unlike many of the second floor units, we have a view of what you came down to see…the beach and Gulf of Mexico!
Our calendar is updated in real-time, and our nightly rates are accurately displayed when you enter in the dates. Simply enter your dates and how many guest and click 'Book Now!' to reserve!
This Beachside One condo is a perfect beach retreat for your family. We are within walking distance to Finz and the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and their Spa, Serenity by the Sea as well as their many restaurants and conference center, but we are far enough away that we have a little peace and space from the crowded beaches through our own private, gated beach access.
Our beautifully updated condo is spacious and has everything you and your family will need for a great beach vacation. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessities for a quick meal. The solid surface countertops, new cabinets and new appliances will make cooking a breeze.
The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and a wall of windows overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bathroom with double vanities and a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds, perfect for any guests or little ones and has a bathroom right outside in the hallway with a tub that is perfect for soaking.There is also a sleeper sofa located in the living room that is handy for additional guests. Not recommended for adults.
We also have a 3 bedroom available if you are looking for something a little larger
SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort area features:
* Baytowne Wharf - 42 unique bayfront retail merchants and restaurants.
* Golf - 73 holes of golf on four championship courses.
* Market Shops - specialty shops and amphitheatre.
* Baytowne Marina - Ships' Store - 98 slip marina.
* Topsail state park and nature preserve.
* Grand Blvd. - upscale restaurants & shops.
* Silver Sands Factory Stores - just one mile west of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort®
Pool is seasonally heated based on the discretion by HOA.
House rules
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be present at all times.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement required to gain access to the rental.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
- We require a $500 refundable security deposit if you want to use the golf cart. Must be 21 to drive
- The golf cart is provided as a courtesy amenity and is not guaranteed.
Access may be revoked at any time if it is misused, operated by anyone under 21, not charged properly, used unsafely, or used in violation of resort rules or Florida law.
If access is revoked, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- We require a $500 refundable security deposit if you want to use the golf cart. Must be 21 to drive. Must provide Drivers License and insurance
- The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity. However, please note that availability is not guaranteed and no refunds will be given if the golf cart is unavailable during your stay
. Example reason would be the golf cart broke. We try our best to have the golf cart available!
Guest accepts that golf cart availability is conditional.

We loved this unit! 2nd floor goes right out to the beach. The balcony is less private bc it’s right above the pool and grill area but we enjoyed that for the people watching! We were worried about noise being right next to the elevator and it wasn’t an issue at all. Golf cart was fun!
