We loved our stay at Tush in the Sand. The property was well situated, clean, quiet and had helpful amenities. Our only complaint was that the WiFi was not reliable, which made remote work impossible. The Homeowners collection representative attempted to fix the problem multiple times but the problem was not fixed upon checkout.

We rented Tush in the Sand, which turned out to be perfect for us. The cottage was clean and ready to use the moment we walked in the door. What I really liked about it was the three minute walk to the beach and the five minute (or less) walk to the food trucks. The location is far enough from 30A that you don't hear the traffic or get caught in it, but close enough to everything. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. The include rental bikes were also a nice touch. And I can't say enough about the attentiveness and assistance of the Homeowners Collection team, as they quickly responded to my many questions and provided helpful advice from the beginning of the booking through the end of our stay. I will not hesitate to use them for future visits to Seaside (of which I think there will be many!).

We’ll-located, well-appointed unit - a few steps to the lap/family pool and beach. The host (Homeowners Collection) was very responsive at getting extra hangars and other stuff when we ran short, and were quickly able to restore the Wi-Fi when it went out.
