About this house rental
Accommodations for up to 10 in this fully equipped, updated, 4 bed, 3 bath house. (4 bedrooms for 8 people and 1 pull out queen in office. Excellent internet and WiFi range / speeds to accommodate online school and remote working.
Kitchen with professional chef appliances opens up to the great room and dining, or retreat out to the oasis in the back yard complete with a lounge area, flat screen tv, and sound system. Pool is NOT heated. Pool heat is an option March though October with additional charge, ask for quote.
Perfect central Scottsdale location on a big corner lot. Pickle ball is a blast. All levels have a great time. Full golf sim with SkyTrak launch monitor in the garage (golf clubs are not provided). Please note in the summer if temperatures exceed 100 degrees in the garage the projector will not operate.
