About this house rental
Home overlooks ocean at Ponga beach and point 0. Front yard and porch excellent for sunrise views, back yard with brick BBQ for sunset views. KEY*** Solar powered so you are not subjected to twice daily town power cut offs which are 5 hours mid-day and 4 hours middle of night. Outdoor shower, gated, locked storage for boards, Custom cabinets and Mexican tile through-out home. Walk to Dan's Pizza or the Burro restaurant for dinner. TV with DVD's and a lot of books, MP3 and IPOD dock, internet WiFI upon request.

We had an amazing time in San juanico. This was the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing.

We stayed at Teresa's casa for a week. Great location and very cute and clean. Secured parking and close to the beach. Road drops you at 2nd or 3rd point. Check in was super easy and she has a book with her favorite things to do and places to dine. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook.
The only thing I would suggest is supplying beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for tenants to use during their stay. The wi-fi is spotty but that is to be expected.
We would rent from Teresa again and had a great time. Muchas Gracias!
