Very safe and Quite family neighborhood and minutes to the WHITE SANDY BEACHES.
Fully equipped re-modeled house waiting for you to base in Pristine Sarasota area. 30 minutes from Sarasota International Airport.
We ask that no smoking be observed within the house and that all occupants be at least 35 years of age. Limit overnight stays to 4 people.

We rented this house for 2 months. The house and location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and safe - allowing us to take regular walks. You are also close to restaurants and several grocery stores (Publix and Deteillers). Richard (the owner) was also great - making sure everything was good for us. We rate this property 5 - enjoyed our stay.

Immaculate, updated two bedroom, two bath centrally located house very close to siesta key beaches. Richard, the Owner, was prompt and attentive to all inquiries. Furnished with loads of paper products, soaps, etc - unusual because usually scant in a rental property. Private backyard. We will definitely return to this house! ❣️

The property was immaculate, beds comfortable, excellent location - quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
