Beautiful property, great amenities. Couple of mishaps but property owner had them all fixed. A/C broke down for 24 hours and pool filter stopped working for 2 days, but they were responsive and sent service people to fix. Other than that, House was perfect for our group. Pool, spa, basketball, pickleball, ping pong, plenty of room for everyone both inside and out.

If you are looking for a great place close to the strip, but a quiet relaxing area this is your place! We had our 3 young adult kids and their significant others with us and it was perfect for all of us! It was extremely clean and just as described! The only downfall of the entire stay was the water in the primary suite shower did not get hot… but we could live with that!

I was disappointed at how things were at the house when we got there. For the amount we paid it seemed too many things I had to call and fix. Jamison was nice and quick to respond to emails but I felt we were doing more work then just enjoying (pool cover was on and was dirty and falling apart as we moved it off.) Did love the location and felt safer in a neighborhood like this one.
