At West Bay you will enjoy amenities such as: tennis, state of the art fitness centers (2), walking/jogging trails, a resort style pool with snack bar, 24 hour security all within a gated community. There are also two restaurants on the property and an exclusive Beach House located directly on Fort Myers Beach. The Beach House will have attendants to provide lounge chairs and towels and you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the on-site restaurant.
At Jasmine Bay you will enjoy a Club Room with a pool table, TV and card tables. Bagels and Coffee are offered during season. The towers also have an infinity pool with hot tub and outdoor grills for cooking.

My wife and I stayed in Susan’s Jasmine Bay South Unit 302 for 90 days. We loved Jasmine Bay and all of the amenities provided, it truly is a resort atmosphere. The Jasmine Bay towers have a get together once every month, just bring an appetizer, a beverage and join the party. Every morning they served free coffee and bagels.
In addition, Jasmine Bay tower is in located within the West Bay community. West Bay is fantastic, it has the finest facilities and was welcoming from the first day we arrived. We had a 2-minute walk to the Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Dining, and Parties. West Bay has fantastic parties and events all season long and everyone made us fill comfortable. West Bay has a deeded beach with a wonderful restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico – Just drive up and they part your car, give you beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.
Susan’s unit 302 was great, we ate every meal on the lanai and enjoyed watching the golfers on the 18th green (many 3 puts). The unit was large and everything was first class. Prior to arrival, Susan was very helpful. During the 90 days, Susan would email and ask if we needed anything.
Both Jasmine Bay and West Bay are well managed and have a resort atmosphere.
