The backyard features a new pool, ivory travertine deck, beach lounge chairs, and a glorious Tiki Hut with a patio table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION:
Pool heating (up to 82F) is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $28 per day. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you're visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter, late fall, and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by asking us, up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on, however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. Note pool heating cannot be provided if outside temperature drops below 55F.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Before check-in, the Guest must fill out an online check-in form and provide a picture of their Government-issued ID (Drivers License/Passport).
In order to minimize fraudulent card transactions, if payments for the booking are made by a third party, the third party must fill out and sign a credit card authorization form, provide pictures of their Government-issued ID (Drivers License / Passport), and pictures of their credit card used to pay for the VRBO online booking. The forms of identification and the credit card must match the third party's same name.

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s only a few blocks from the beach. We walked along the beach every morning and to dinner each night. We went to the F1 race and were there is about 45 minutes. The beds are good, the kitchen had everything we needed but we didn’t really cook there.There were floats for the pool, and everything worked wonderfully in the house.The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe.

This property is in a fantastic location! If you are looking to spend time in the Pompano Beach area, this is a great choice for it! The property is beautiful and well kept. Lots of clean lines and updated fixtures. The pool area is amazing! Private and well maintained it is perfect for a couple or a family to enjoy the sun and water without being bothered by anyone else. This property is very walkable and is within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, the grocery and the beach boardwalk. All of them are 12-15 min walk at the farthest! The owner is very conscientious and reliable. Communication was outstanding.
