Walk to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana mall, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated unit.
Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach).
The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean.
The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.
Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.
Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.
There is 24 hour building security.
Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.

If you need a place to as they say ‘sh*t, shower, and sleep’ then look no further! What it lacks in size, it makes up for in amenities! Small kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave to take care of left overs. Rooftop pool and 2 hot tubs to relax in, and for a small fee there is a gym! Location is prime and you can walk to cafes and eateries or take a Lyft to nearby shopping and restaurants. Communication was great with host and if I ever head back I will gladly book again! Mahalo

The condo is really cozy. Little but has everything that you need. We had some great nights. The bed was comfortable (I read that it was noisy but it itsn't!) and it is true that you can hear the outside but our neighbours were so respectful and we had a good nights there. We recommend.

The detail on the check in information was EXCELLENT and the parking easy and convenient . The mattress is old and uncomfortable and the metal bed frame was squeaky with the lightest movement. The closet door was broken but not a big deal because it seems like all sliding bifold doors in rentals are broken. I know this is a budget property but it would go along way to replace the bed frame with a sturdy wood platform frame that you can get on Amazon for just over 200.00 and would alleviate needing a box spring. An inexpensive bed in a box would be a big upgrade.
