About this cottage rental
Private Heated Pool,300 feet sandy beach out front with no steps, fire place, pool table, ping pong, foosball natural gas grill, fire pit, patios, decks,hardwood floors, 2 king beds with full bathrooms.
This property is available not available Memorial Day to late August.
The Heated pool is Open May 1 to late October. We deduct pool fee if it is closed. It may be a shared pool sometimes. During high season this property is NOT Available as this cottage is rented as part of the whole complex of 3 cottages.
Custom patio and water feature and fire pit, private pool.
Heated in-ground pool, pool house with bathroom, game room, kitchenette and sun deck. The pool would be shared with other cottages if rented separately. The Pool house has kitchen area with refrigerator, ice-maker, sink with disposal. There is also a half bath inside and outdoor shower. Pool house has the ping pong table and rooftop deck for sunning on Astroturf.
This was already a fabulous 2 bedroom cottage but I have remodeled it to make it a gem! It is located across from Packard Park beach with 300 feet of sandy beach.
This 2 bedroom cottage has 1500 SF of living space, add the one bedroom for 500SF more. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living room and each has bath, one with tub shower and one with walk in shower. There are 2 new king beds with luxury bedding ( none of that rental company scratchy kind) and towels.
Central Heat and Air
Large living room with gas fireplace and windows facing the West to enjoy breakfast or cocktails. Living room 2 sofas, Pool Table in lounging area. There is Comcast digital TV and WIFI. The dining area is a high top table facing the lake with 6 chairs. Great for workspace too.
Kitchen with Dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator. Laundry room as of 2020. Private parking. HVAC. With the beach just across the street with no steps to climb up and down, a yard, Natural gas grill, fire pit and bikes to use during your stay.
You might be able to add the 1 bedroom cottage next door/ non contiguous walls for 3 king beds/3 baths.
If available, add the 1 bedroom cottage - it is separated from this unit. Great for parents who want separation from kids or 3 couples.
The whole property is fenced.

This is one of the best properties in South Haven, MI. From the front porch it looks out to a small public park with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan beyond. You can see the sun set on the lake from this porch. Also the property has a very large pool and a game room. The host is very attentive to the needs of renters and provided us with wonderful cheese, crackers and a wonderful bottle of white wine. And also some dessert chocolates. Also bikes are provided so that you can explore the beautiful town of South Haven, out to the lighthouse or along North Shore Beach. We will definitely return!

We had a great experience. Marta provided everything you could possibly need. The cottage was clean. The pool and pool area were awesome. She responded so quickly. She met us at the property when we arrived. The location is perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay at her property, definitely do. The property is private, yet you are still in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful proprety and close to the water and walkable to downtown. Marta was a great host and got us in early and allowed a late check out to accommodate our 1 year old.
