The apartment is located in the hyper-center of Sanary sur mer, 3min walk from the port, 9 minutes from the beach Bonnegrâce and 2 steps from all the entertainment.

In a very nice building with lift, on the 2nd floor, in a quiet area.
Very bright apartment with open views (1 bay, 2 French windows and 2 windows).
Small terrace with garden furniture.
Fully equipped independent kitchen, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (4 kg)
Very large living-dining room with leather sofa and large SONY Bravia TV. Innova brand air conditioner.
Bedroom with very large closet dressing, iron and ironing board.
160x200 bed with natural latex mattress (new 2018). The room has a big fan.
Bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower column and a shower screen.
Independent toilet.
Access to the residence is secure (intercom and digicode).
Private and secure parking in the basement of the residence: account of the configuration of it, as in all underground car parks, the maneuvers are delicate for very large vehicles.

This small fishing port full of charm has kept all its authenticity and quality of life. You will enjoy walking around the center of Sanary with its beautiful streets, shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, cinema and of course the GALLI theater.
Sanary, splendid famous fishing port, with its small boats called "the sharp ones", prospered from the 16th century, it owns a fortified tower built towards 1300.
You can buy fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, cheese every day on the market (2min walk), not to mention the fish that the fishermen sell themselves on the port. You will not miss the very big market of the Wednesday elected most beautiful market of France in 2018.
Note: night market every night in July and August on the port.

Superwohnung! Alles vorhanden. Man merkt , das die Einrichtung mit Sorgfalt und Liebe erfolgte. Ruhige, helle Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Berge. Angenehme , sympathische Gastgeber! Fast in der Fußgängerzone. Trotzdem gut mit dem Auto erreichbar! Garage recht eng, aber mit meinem Nissan Qashqai noch benutzbar!

C est pour la 2nde fois que nous avons loué l appartement de Mr et Mme Dallière.
Nous avons pris autant de plaisir à être dans leur appartement, si bien situé et bien d une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi charmants et disponibles. Bref, le Top 😀😀

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans l'appartement très propre, lumineux, confortable et décoré avec goût, de Norbert et Christiane, au centre de Sanary-sur-Mer, à l'entrée de la zone piétonne, tout près du port et des restaurants.
L'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes et leurs conseils très utiles nous donnent envie d'y retourner au plus vite.

Propriétaire aux petits soins, location super propre et lumineuse idéalement située pour un séjour "tout à pieds". Merci à Norbert et Christiane pour leur accueil très chaleureux !
