Bedroom overlooks the living area with stone fireplace. Vintage cooktop in kitchen along with modern updates of a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave.
Enjoy nature sounds of a "southern symphony" while enjoying an evening glass of wine or morning coffee on the stone patio overlooking nature.
Take a walk across the street to beautiful Fletcher Park. Explore this 80 acre paradise donated to the city by Pete and Agnes Fletcher. Dog Trot Cabin was the original home of the Fletchers. All of this is only an 8 minute drive from downtown Cleveland.

This is a sweet little cabin that is studio style. I don't think it is rented very often as there were signs of being vacant for an extended time. After we dusted off some webs and opened the doors to air it out, it was fine. This is not a secluded cabin, it is smack in the middle of a neighborhood and is super close to the main streets. It is private though and enjoyed sitting on the back patio. It does have wifi but does not have a lot of channel options (3-5), so plan your stay with lots of activities! We loved looking at all the pictures of the renovation process and racoons.
There was fresh flowers set out and a plate of chocolates and crackers in the fridge for us.

This cabin was an oasis of tranquility. Simply beautiful. Fresh flowers were placed everywhere and it hardly seemed possible that everything we needed by way of dining and entertainment was a matter of minutes away. You would swear you were in the country. We hope to visit again and highly recommend it for a private peace filled retreat from the world.
