About this apartment rental

This beautiful 2 bedroom +loft condo is located in a quiet wooded setting just 1.3 miles from the base of the Keystone ski area lifts. The free Keystone shuttle bus is a 3 minute ride that leaves every 20 min. and is just steps from your door. There are also shuttles to Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge ski areas. You can be at Copper Mtn. in 15 minutes or Vail in 30 minutes by car. The Keystone area is a recreation wonderland with every possible summer and winter activity at your doorstep.

The entire 1,111 sq.ft. unit has been newly remodeled with tile floors, granite counter tops, tiled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture. We recently added a new and very comfortable sectional sofa to increase the seating in the living room. New carpet in the entire unit! The master and guest bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious memory foam mattresses. The kids will love the upstairs loft with its twin beds, bunk beds, and a TV for videos. The upstairs loft is not well suited for 4 adults so I do limit the guest to no more than 6 adults. Each bedroom and the living room have free cable TV. The gas fireplace will help keep you warm and add a real winter vacation atmosphere. A large private ski locker is located just outside the unit so you don't have to carry your skis inside.
New 55" High Definition Flat Screen TV just installed in living room!

The Flying Dutchman complex is beautifully maintained and easily located just off the main highway. The outdoor pool is heated and is open all year. There is a hot tub and sauna in the clubhouse. All units have free wireless high speed internet. Sorry but smoking is not allowed in this unit.

Our family enjoyed a few weeks staying here for a ski vacation. This condo is in a great location and fit our family perfectly. The kids really enjoy the loft area and having their own space! The outdoor pool and hot tub were also great.

Location was fantastic. Very short drive to the ski lifts. Some of us stayed longer skiing each day, so we also took advantage of the free shuttle to/from the slopes which was very convenient as well. A large area right by the front door to hang your ski clothes and let your boots dry was really helpful. The hot tub and fireplace were very enjoyable after a day of skiing. Wonderful fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. The sleds in the condo were a nice surprise and we took them to a sledding area in Silverthorne on our day off of skiing. The condo was very comfortable, felt like home away from home. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great visit in Keystone! We were 2 families with 4 kids 7 and under and the layout was perfect. The shuttle to Keystone was amazing and convenient and we loved the hot tub, heated pool and sauna after a long day on the slopes. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. It has plenty of beds, linens, etc. The loft space is nice for kids. It’s close to the slopes of Keystone and the shuttle is fairly easy to use. The only complaint we had is that the condo above creates a lot of noise when people walk across the floor —may have been worse because a family with young kids was up there. This is beyond the control of the owner, but wish the building would have been built with better sound barrier between floors. Otherwise, our stay here was great!

This condo is a great spot for a family! It was very clean, had games for our family to play in the evenings, and a good sized kitchen table plus full kitchen for meals. Our kids loved staying in the loft (definitely a kids zone as the ceiling gets low for adults). The kids loved the pool too. Easy access to Keystone and short drive to Breckenridge as well. We would absolutely recommend and/or stay again.

Great location to Mountain House. Condo is updated and very clean. We took the shuttle a couple times to the slopes, shuttle is located just steps from the condo so very easy to use. We had a great time.

The property is very well kept, very clean, had everything you needed in a kitchen, cozy fireplace and living room setting. For not being a ski in/out type of property you can’t beat it. Take the bus or a very short drive to the base of keystone. Only downer was the hot tub was out of commission during our stay. Nothing the owner could do, just wished that was communicated before arrival. This was our families 2nd time here. Will definitely be looking for our 3rd stay.

We were a group of 6 adults traveling from Michigan for a ski vacation. After a day of skiing hard, we put on our bathing suits and headed to the hot tub only to discover it wasn't working. We called the owner to inquire about it and found out the hot tub had been broken for many weeks. We were so disappointed because when we take a ski trip our one must have is a hot tub. We would have never booked this place had we known the hot tub wasn't working! The owner did give us a refund of $25 per person...but honestly when you're looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a hard day of skiing, $25 really isn't worth much! The condo is nice, kitchen is well stocked and the two bedrooms on the main floor were good. The loft is not a comfortable sleeping area for adults. Although it looks big in pictures, you can barely stand in the loft. I hit my head when sitting up in bed. There is a small area by the bunk beds where you can stand. The loft area would be good for young kids, but not adults. Had the hot tub been working and we had no more than 4 adults, this would have been a nice place to stay.

Great property located 3 minutes from Keystone resort and the ski lifts. It was on the bus route which was convenient. Minor issue with the door code at check in, but contacted the owner and it was resolved right away. Kids loved the heated outdoor pool. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such, lots of games fro the family too.

Property was excellent. Perfect location to the slopes and town. Condo was clean and well stocked. Tons of space! Parking is fairly close and carts are provided to help move your belongings from the car to the front door. Will look for this condo again when we visit next year!

This is one of the best Two bedroom/Two bath/ with loft condos at Keystone. It is clean and well kept with upgraded appliances and amenities. The loft area is great for children in that it has a separate play space for them in addition to beds.

The condo is in great condition with tile and stone throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking dishes and table settings. Living room couch was large and comfortable. Queen beds are comfortable, beds in the loft were a bit noisy and not as comfy. The location is very close to Keystone. Owner notified us that we could check in early as the condo was ready. Hot tub jets didn't really work and hot tub could have been hotter.

Perfect place for our group of 5! Had space for a few extras if we would have had a slightly larger group. Very clean and comfortable. Pool/hot tub were great… not too crowded and pool was a very comfortable temperature. Beautiful surroundings and amazing hikes/scenery with the mountains, Snake River and Dillon Reservoir within walking distance of the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!:)

We had a great stay! We had two families, and the layout was ideal. The adults were in the two bedrooms downstairs, and the kids slept in the loft. There was a great table for eating and playing games, and the living room was large enough for all of us to hang out. My only complaint is the back deck needs to be cleaned off. Lots of cobwebs on the windows and chairs out there so we didn't use the space.
