About this villa rental
Book our private villa for an exclusive, safe, hygienic and secure stay in Siem Reap.
Villa is perfectly located just 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by tuk tuk to Pub Street, Night Market and Old Market area.
Booking includes three meals, reasonable laundry and car with dedicated driver daily.
The villa has high walls and a gate at the front, which can be locked by the guests for total privacy.
The four deluxe bedrooms meet today’s modern standards especially regards sanitization procedures between guest stays to minimize virus infections. All are nicely furnished with a work desk, wardrobe and king size bed. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. In the room there is a water boiler with tea and instant coffee, safe, bathrobe, slippers and all amenities.
The residence has an open dining area at the side with a self-service bar (just write down what you take and it will be billed upon checkout). Meals are provided. We just ask you to coordinate with us to choose your meals the day before so we can properly prepare.
The residence has a nice pool in a little tropical garden. There is also a lounge area.
A mobile phone is provided so that guests can call the owner at any time.
The main sightseeing venue is the temples of Angkor. Access to the temples is easy.

House was perfect for our stay - large inside, lots of space to spread out. Breakfast provided was great, pool was cleaned daily and communication with host was super smooth and easy. The tables on all the patios were broken though, the couch could use a replacement and the chairs by the pool are sparse but we did enjoy it nonetheless. An extra mirror in the bedroom would be great but otherwise well appointed large rooms. Happy to stay here.

Belle maison au style cambodgien, agréable et paisible , située dans une petite rue sans bruit. La propriétaire est charmante et à l’écoute de ses locataires pour réaliser les activités à siem reap.

We enjoyed three nights at this property. Host Dany was very friendly and attentive, and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. Several members of our group enjoyed the pool, and the hubbub of Pub Street and the night markets were a short and inexpensive tuk-tuk ride away.
Would recommend highly.
