These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking Permits:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Ensure that permits are displayed at all times to avoid towing.
- Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited, and laser pointers may not be used on the property.
- Smoking Policy:
This unit is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and anywhere on the property.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.
- This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
The agreement will be emailed to you, In most cases you can digitally sign. In not please return by fax, USPS, or email.

We enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. Some stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Walmart was only minutes away. Property is well maintained and very clean.would stay there again.

Our unit was very clean and well laid out. The 3 bathrooms were a plus! All of the appliances worked well except the icemaker did not work well. We were in walking distance to main street shopping and restaurants. We loved the ramps to the beach as opposed to having stairs. There was no place for luggage carts so you had to search all of the floors to find them. You also had to throw the trash bag over a wall into a dumpster. There was ample parking in the deck.

Advertisement of tv in every bedroom and free WiFi however no password is provided and when I called to obtain a password, no one knew what it was. Frustrating since some of us could not use our phones since there was no WiFi and data issues. Coffee pot didn’t work so again we had to go out to get coffee every morning. Advertisement of things to bring is not near as long as it should be. Added to no beach towels should be toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap. Dishwasher would not come on, kept blinking and never started. Overall, clean place, just really need that WiFi Info in the check in packet or on the app. More info other than free WiFi since there are over 20 internet providers listed
