Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parę kroków od przystanku skibus.

Super wyposażona kuchnia, dwa duże ładne pokoje. W pokoju sypialnym dwa bardzo wygodne łózka piętrowe, spokojnie na 2 rodziny wystarczające. Mieszkanie na parterze, więc nie ma problemu z wnoszeniem rzeczy, blisko sklep spożywczy i atrakcje dla dzieci: boisko, plac zabaw, alpaki, Farma Muchomorka. Super lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa w góry, na spacer w koronach drzew.

Bezsprzecznym atutem jest lokalizacja. 30m do skibusa można przejść w butach narciarskich. Potem kilka minut jazdy do wyciągu. Niedaleko sklepy. Mieszkanie dość przestronne.
Kamienica chyba z końca XIX w, cała odrapana, w nocy aż strach. Widok z okna na ruiny innej kamienicy. Samo mieszkanie dość stare, szczególnie łazienka, gdzie są ślady grzyba na ścianie. Kanapa bardzo niewygodna. branie kaucji za to to gruba przesada.
