About this chalet rental
This authentic old fisherman’s house is located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Situated right outside the historic city walls, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and traditional charm.
PRIVATE PARKING
The rental includes a private parking space in a garage just a 1-minute walk from the house, with an assigned spot for the entire stay.
LAYOUT
Ground Floor:
Upon entering, you will find the living room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV for Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
First Floor:
This floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The second bedroom features a trundle bed (two single beds) and connects via a staircase to the third bedroom on the upper floor, which has two single beds.
Both the master bedroom and the upper floor bedroom have air conditioning.
AMENITIES
- WiFi included
- Bath & beach towels provided (one set per person)
- Access to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom.
- The main bathroom is en-suite in the master bedroom.
LOCATION
Tossa de Mar is a charming fishing village, quiet and family-friendly, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Costa Brava. The area offers numerous water sports activities and a wide range of dining options, from tapas to fresh seafood.

- Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed. Minimum age for guests: 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome!

The townhouse was exactly as shown in the photos and is a beautiful home. The location is unbeatable: restaurants, shops and beach practically at your doorstep. The Tosse de Mar town is stunning and full of history and such a lively area full of tourists with a vibrant day and night life. The only negative is the loud sounds and noise outside the house (Garbage truck every morning very early and chatty people outside front door sound like they are in the house with you). Coastal Villa was very professional and quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful vacation for 10 days and we would definitely rent again!

Tossa de mar est une très jolie Station balnéaire qui reste à taille humaine. Très bon logement. Excellent emplacement.
