Direct Ocean Front Home completely remodeled inside and out overlooking spectacular Kahalu’u Bay with views of surfers, dolphins, whales and sunsets. This one of a kind property features two Cottages with separate Master Suites. Amenities include two bathrooms, sun deck, covered Lanai, outdoor shower, private pool, direct ocean access, new furnishings and appliances . Remodel includes indoor /outdoor sound system, 3 big screen TVs and a gated entry system allowing space for 1 vehicle. Located on beautiful Ali'i Drive just 5 miles from downtown Kona and minutes from Keauhou shopping center.

Me and my two teenage daughters booked this home. A trip of a lifetime! The view was amazing—the neighborhood felt safe and secure. I loved the gate for the added security. Everything is close-restaurants, beaches, rentals…We loved having our own pool with a view that could compete with any on the island. The communication was great and so friendly. We didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

Our recent stay at Turtle Rock was a mixed experience. The property is beautiful and well depicted by the listing photos. Beaches, shopping and restaurants are all close by. It was nice to be able to watch surfers from the lanai.
There were, however, some unanticipated inconveniences associated with our stay. The house is wedged between the ocean and a busy street. The noise from both of these make sleeping difficult when the windows are left open to compensate for the lack of air conditioning. The bedroom window coverings allow quite a lot of light in so sleeping late to make up for a restless night wasn’t a real option.
The house is not appointed in a manner consistent with its price point. The caliber of the bedding and kitchen equipment were more in line with a nicely equipped student apartment than a luxury rental.
Although there were many good things about the house, we felt the drawbacks outweighed the advantages.
