This was our fourth year and it was just as perfect as the first three. The house is great for our group--lots of space and privacy as well as ample gathering space for all of us. Lou is a gracious and accessible host.

This is our second stay with Lou. The house is lovely and perfectly appointed. It is a special place and time for our family to be together. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This was our family's third time at Tip Top and we loved it, as always. Lou is a generous and accessible host and the house is beautiful. The photos are accurate, but it is even better in real life. Our family has room for space and privacy as well as together time. Everyone agrees that this house is just perfect!
