The condo was light and airy and well equipped and furnished. We frequented the Living Desert across the street, although the hiking trails had to be completed before 9am because of the hot weather we had. The pool areas were close by. The neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would come again.

There are two negatives: White tile floors constantly need cleaning. Plumbing and bathtub/showers needs updating.
Everything else, including location, is excellent. Large space, comfortable furniture. Lovely patio. Nice, quiet neighborhood...unless the yipee dogs get goings....Nice neighbors.. Easy access. Great landlord.

Unit was as described, very adequate. Owners accommodating, great to work with. Location perfect, loved Palm Desert, great energy. Would stay here again.
