About this apartment rental
Hale Maluhia is a large, fully equipped condominium/studio unit fronting on a tree lined walking path leading down to Anini Beach. It has a well equipped kitchenette, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a full bath, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear and a portable cooler (no AC or laundry facilities). The lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue, and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Guests are limited to 2 adults (one must be over 25 years old) and STAYS ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the rest of Kauai's North Shore's numerous beaches and features. The condo grounds were beautifully kept and landscaped. Our condo space very clean and equipped with everything one may need. Rick, the owner, was very responsive to our messages made sure there was extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc⌠Also provided beach towels, chairs & sun umbrella. We enjoyed the deck and out staying.

Rick(owner)was very friendly and responsive. As soon as I made him aware the keurig in our unit was shot we had another one delivered to our door within the hour! Our little studio was cute and well equipped.All cooking and cleaning supplies we needed were supplied. Shower stocked with nice shampoos. Towels for the pool too.Unit was very clean with comfy queen bed.We enjoyed the polar bear plunge in the facility pool as well! We were surprised it wasnât heated over the winter, but it felt great having it to cool down when needed!Highly recommend Rick and his little studio. Itâs perfect for a single person or couple to enjoy staying in the North shore for a few days!

*The property was cute, having perfect space for a solo traveler. My suggestion would be to incorporate a hot plate or an electric stove/ skillet to be able to cook.*The breaker would pop if I left the toaster oven on too long.*The tv could be more user friendly. It kept saying it couldnât find a connection to connect. Otherwise the owners intrusions to using the tv were great. The pool hours stated in the owners FYI booklet were incorrect. (I didnât have a pencil to leave him a note :( ⌠besides the cooking stuff, great time and great place.
