This original Mount Maunganui school house will suit your down to earth family holiday. This home has slowly been renovated over the years to accommodate our growing family with more work to be done. It is clean and comfortable with a mix of old and new.
Sit back and relax on the spacious deck or with a view of the Mt or soak in the spa after a day of enjoying the Bay of Plenty.
The house is set up for a family looking to enjoy our piece of paradise. The main room has a king size bed. Second room has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top. The third room has a king single with a pull out trundler to make a double or 2 singles.. There are 2 toilets and a shower over bath combo.
Trampoline and childrens indoor and outdoor toys to play with.
Supermarket, central cafes, parks and beach all within 5-7 minutes walk.
Bbq, wifi. washing machine, dishwasher.
On street parking.
Note: There are 2 outdoor security cameras at front and back of house.

Host was incredibly easy to deal with. Flexible, no fuss and very accommodating. Very clean which for us was paramount. Fantastic location and setup in the bach. Everything we needed. Netflix was huge bonus. Would stay again in a heartbeat. .

We had a lovely time at the Mt. It was a very easy and relaxing stay within walking distance to the beach. We really appreciated the safe, fenced in yard and trampoline for our very active and adventurous three year old. Thanks for a great stay.
