About this house rental
Nice clean house with a lot of space and light, close to north west vista, military bases and Sea World, close to freeways 1604, 410 and 151. Lot of shopping stores and restaurants. New tiles new carpet and new paint. House boast of two eating areas, large family room 4 bedrooms, One master bedroom with walk-in-closet. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bed with two full and the four bedroom with two twins beds. Also the sofa in the living room can be converted in full bed. Very quiet street.
The garage is not available at this time but the drive way can be used for three cars and plenty of parking in the street the area is very safe.

Overall the house was everything we needed. Especially for the occassion. Loved the openiness of the property. Pics definitely justify the house.
In one of the rooms the bed smelled like pee. My son was not able to sleep on it. Im glad I had packed extra bedding.
Most of the linen did not smell fresh. But I never sleep on the bedding. I bring my own.
Air condition worked very well. Owner is very nice. Other than that the stay was Great.
The door took a long time to open as well l, each time we left and came. Not to far from Air base, descent neighborhood not much parking.
