The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location! Very comfortable furniture and supplied with everything we could ask for! Communication was seamless! What a great place to stay in Napier!

The apartment had modern interior design with lots of space and quality fit out. The kitchen also quality kitchenware and appliances enough to cook and host a gourmet meal. I loved this but didn’t use as there are very good restaurants around the accommodation. The bed was supper comfortable and living area had a great lounge that two people could sprawl out. It was nice to come back too after a busy day and relax in comfort and space.
The lane way and city location meant that rubbish trucks came early morning. It is located on second floor so the stirs could make it difficult with mobility issues and carry suitcases up.

The location was very handy to all the sights of the Art Deco festival. No breakfast was supplied or expected.
It would have been nice to have a view out onto the road. But a delightfully situated and well appointed apartment other than that!
