About this house rental
Sunny Mountainside location in Highland Meadows neighborhood of West Vail overlooking the beautiful Vail valley. A short walk down the hill to the Matterhorn bus stop and Donovan park. Minutes to Lionshead Village and Vail Village either by car or on the bike path along Gore Creek. 2-3 minutes from Safeway and City Market for your shopping needs. New construction in 2010, home is spacious and inviting with all new furnishings, in floor radiant heat, multiple fireplaces and upscale finishes throughout. This 4 bedroom 4 bath house with 2 livings areas plus loft is great for families and entertaining. Layout has main floor great room, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area (table 8-10), spacious laundry room / mud room with entry from garage. There is also 1 bedroom (King) on the main floor . Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1w/King, Bunk room,4-5) and a large living area/game room (queen sofa sleeper). Upstairs is the Master bedroom suite(King) and the loft with sitting area(queen sleeper) and office space.
There are 2 decks that provide wonderful entertaining and sunny outdoor living space that includes a gas grill cooking area off the kitchen and a table for 8. After playing all day, enjoy the brand new 8 person hot tub located in a private covered patio area. Other amenities include large covered entry, marble countertops throughout, steam shower, oversized 2 car heated garage for your vehicles and gear and plenty of off street guest parking. There are also 5 new 50"+ flat screen TV's, high speed internet, wifi and Sonos sound system.
You won't be disappointed.

The house was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Bedrooms were large and accommodating
I would have preferred if more of the owners possessions were put up. This includes pantry and refrigerator items. Also it would be nice to have all appliances work. Not limited to but including the garage disposal

We had a great holiday stay at the property. Very well maintained and spacious. It was easy to drive to the slopes. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were super responsive as well. Very lucky to find this rental.

We had a big group (6 adults and 6 kids) and had plenty of room in the house for all. Kids had their areas while adults could mingle in a different area. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We ended up not using the Vail Bus system as the bus stop was located at the bottom of the hill, and the adults didn’t feel comfortable with the kids walking up/down the hill in the snowy conditions, so we drove to the slopes everyday. Overall, great house and would highly recommend!!!
