This is a great lock & leave style condo! Relax in this cozy get-away on Lake LBJ. Fabulously furnished & decorated condo, towels & dishes in place. In condo full size washer and dryer. Kitchen recently remodeled. Kuerig - bring your favorite coffee pods. Bathroom remodeled with new walk in shower. Pack your swim suit & let the fun begin! Located on the beautiful shores of Lake LBJ, day docks, jet ski ramps, swimming pool boasting waterfall & hot tub, lakeside picnic areas. Close proximity to the resort hotel, and within walking distance to the resort coffee shop and restaurants.

Condo comfortably sleeps 5 - Bedroom 1 is appointed with a 2 twin beds, bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed, and the living room has a Queen pull out sofa.

Dedicated covered parking spot.

No pets...no exception.

Access to a wonderful POA park filled with beautiful oak trees, picnic areas, event center, and access to the lake (swimming etc.). No boat ramp access.

Golf - Horseshoe Bay is a top golfing area. The resort offers memberships to their courses (Slickrock, Ram Rock, Apple Rock and Summit ). Blue Lake Golf Course is a nice course that is public w/ memberships available.

Gyms / Fitness (Marble Falls) - Verus Strength & Fitness, The Core Pilates + Barre.

We had a wonderful pet friendly get away. The condo is right on the water; beautiful pool and shady patio table by the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend and would love to go again.

Property was exactly as portrayed in description and photos. There is not a single negative. Property owners were very responsive to any needs or questions. The location is excellent with close proximity to sightseeing shopping and wonderful dining.It was wonderful to be able to look out on the water every day and especially to watch the three ducks that live on the lake. This was what a renting experience should be. We loved it so much we have already booked our stay for next year for even longer period of time

We enjoyed our stay at Horseshoe Bay! The unit was exactly like described. The kitchen is well stocked and large so both my husband and I could cook at the same time. The one thing I really enjoyed was the view! I loved looking out at the lake! We saw many ducks of many colors and variety. It was too cold to use the lake or pool but then we were there in the winter. The owners were great and very concerned about us being comfortable!

This condo is even better than described and pictured! This bright, cheery, roomy condo is so, so comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay while visiting family in Austin for Thanksgiving. Horseshoe Bay is in a beautiful area and less than ten minutes from Marble Falls, so in addition to just sitting outside the condo enjoying Lake LBJ, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The price is so reasonable, we booked this condo even though we weren't sure we would be in the area for the full two weeks. The check-in and check-out were simple and the owners were wonderfully attentive, answering email questions and texting when we arrived to ask if we needed anything. This condo is ideal for anyone wanting to get away to the lake, while still visiting friends and family in the Austin area.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Everything was beautifully decorated, and the space was perfect for our needs. We stayed 2 weeks, one of which was with our teenage granddaughter who flew in from NY. Although it was not our first time in the Hill Country, we enjoyed seeing the area again “for the first time” through her eyes. This is a very convenient location for travels to San Antonio, the Hill Country, Austin and Waco. The condo is accurately represented with the photos on the VRBO sight and we especially enjoyed the view through the 3 wide doors accessing the patio and immediately adjacent pool. The assigned (and covered) parking slot was fully appreciated. The surrounding area is very attractive. The owners were very responsive and quick to reply to our queries. This is a Great place to stay and we highly recommend it!

Nice back porch overlooking the water. Kitchen and living room overlooks water through 3wide glass doors. Nicely furnished clean condo and kitchen with everything needed for cooking. I had everything i needed. Owners are very nice and responsive, microwave failed and was replaced in one day. Stayed here about 3 months and would stay here again if i'm in the area again.
