This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for our (husband and I) long weekend in Breckenridge! It truly was cozy as described, was clean, and had everything we needed. The farm-fresh eggs in the fridge were a nice touch!Only thing that would be nice to update is the queen mattress, but that would not keep us from booking again!

There is a lot to like about this place! We found it to be very clean, cozy and warm. Very well appointed -with literally all the comforts of home: Lots of kitchen gadgets / utensils, farm fresh eggs - which I like- and even coffee beans and coffee grinder -which I really like! I found it to be very nicely decorated, with nice "warm" colors -especially in the living room. A nice touch is the wood paneling, which gives it lots of mountain cabin character. This is very refreshing in an era of subway tile and everything painted white! The only little drawback -which I sure was only temporary- was that when we had trouble finding the unit because the unit number had been removed during painting and remodeling of the complex. A very friendly and helpful neighbor and the very helpful property manager helped us locate the unit an get in. I have no doubt that this problem will be fixed soon, if not already done, as the property manager showed genuine care and concern for the property, but even more importantly, for us. I would recommend this place to friends and family, and I think it deserves a five star rating!

Came to Breckenridge for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described! Adorable, cabin feel, but in a condo! The owner was easily accessible for any questions I had.

Clean property, great location. The pictures are very representative. Stayed here with my girlfriend and father. I want to emphasize the location, it’s right near a free ride bus stop, this is absolutely critical if you plan on going to town or the slopes without wanting to drive. WE WILL BE BACK.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included, and the owners provide some extra touches to make guests feel welcomed. One bus stop from Peak 7 or two from Peak 8. Can't get much more convenient for skiing at Breck.

We enjoyed a week in the condo with our adult son. We cooked several nights in the well-stocked kitchen. The public transportation system was wonderful! We loved having a stop just around the corner. You can't beat the location, and the host patiently answered all my pesky questions. Highly recommend.

We loved this condo for our ski trip. It is only one bus stop away from Peaks 7 and 8. We only had to walk around the corner to get to the bus stop. The kitchen was fully furnished and allowed us to save money by making all of our meals in the condo. The hot tub helped to keep sore muscles away. I would certainly consider staying here again. It had everything we needed for a great stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We flew in on a Monday. Laid low on Tuesday due to the altitude and then skied Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. It was in a great location. Walking distance to the bus line. One stop from Peak 8. Easily accessible to town. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive (to our one inquiry about arriving early.... everything else was already in place), the condo was warm, comfortable and just as described. Little things like fresh eggs and a candy dish added to the experience. This condo is a very short walk to the bus stop. Mass transportation is excellent, the only thing we used our car for was to go to Keystone (20 mins. away). We look forward to returning, this place is excellent.

The place was beautiful and cosy, and had a real family feel to it. The amenities were fantastic and the kitchen was nicer than the one I have at home. You can get to the lifts in a few minutes walk or by taking the bus for a few minutes. I had dislocated my kneecap a few weeks before the holiday and it was a lovely place to just sit and relax and see the lovely snow from inside.

This was an excellent location for us. We only took the free bus once and walked the other 4 nights. The condo was clean and organized and had more than enough room for 2 people. We spent time on the balcony every afternoon, enjoying the fresh mountain air. If we are fortunate enough to return to Breckenridge we would love to stay there again.

We used this condo for a spring break ski trip for me and my 10-year-old son. It was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for a quick bus ride to Peak 7 and 8. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics that allowed us to cook meals easily and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great addition. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place, clean, great location with a 2 minute walk to the shuttle where you’re the last stop before the mtn. We had 2 adults and 1 teen and it fit us perfectly. The hot tub, washer/dryer, & dishwasher were all frequently used and wonderful. Would stay there again.

This condo was very well stocked, comfortable and cozy. We made breakfast and dinner at the condo and the full kitchen had everything that we needed. We had snow during our vacation. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was essential. The location was perfect! Only 1 bus stop from the Base of Peaks 7/8. We took the Free Ride bus into town. We never moved our rental car until we left. The owners left a book in the condo with lots of suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do. The owners provided other personal items (e.g. soaps, bath salts) that made it feel like home away from home. The owners were very responsive when all I was looking for was dinner suggestions. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful place with us. I would definitely like to come back here again.

This condo was the perfect place for a great ski vacation. My adult daughter and I enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay in this cozy Colorado condo. Check in/out was seamless, and no issues were encountered during the stay. The washer/dryer was a bonus for wet ski clothes, and the entire place was warm and inviting. Breck has a great bus system to get around, and the restaurants are close too. Walking up the road to the ski area or down the road to town would be difficult due to the snow and ice during the winter, so the free bus or a car would be best. It snowed some, and the parking lots were well-kept and cleared of snow quickly. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it! Thanks James.
