Located In Arrecifes, The 24- hour Security Gated Community In Playa del Coco. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is the perfect location to enjoy your Costa Rican vacation. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local night life. The location also provides the peace and quiet you're looking for.
The house has an open floor plan, and the fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a full-size refrigerator, and an electric stove.
The master bedroom suite has a built-in closet, walk-in shower, and a locally made Guanacaste wood king size bed. The walk out balcony provides a relaxing area where you can view the occasional wild monkeys.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a built-in closet. The third bedroom has a standard size bed with a built-in closet. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with bunk beds located on the second floor next to the Master bedroom, perfect for kids. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people.
Included in the house: A washer and dryer, 1- 46' HD TV and Blue Ray player in the living area, air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area, a safe, iron, a mounted hair dryer in each bathroom, a TV with DVD player in the Master Bedroom, and WIFI.
The pool and the covered outdoor jacuzzi is a great place to relax. It includes a grill, TV, outdoor restrooms, and lounge chairs and tables for guest use.
Playa del Coco is a great town with many activities, restaurants, and an exciting night life. It's perfect for your Costa Rican adventure.

The place was very nice and the location was great. Only complaint was the check in process was a little confusing and the door lock needs repair.

Property well located. Short walk to beach 15 min. And short drive to Ocotel beach which we preferred. Area gated , wall air conditioning in rooms worked well. Internet and wifi worked really well and around pool. Pool mainly for smaller kids we went to beach. Overall all home well equipped. Could use a little refreshing up with kitchen items but stores are close by and have everything needed.

Our stay at the house in Arrecifes was wonderful! The house was great and very secure. It is located within walking distance to everything. The pool was perfect. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
